Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published by sixs6:

• "Platform" means the sixs6 website accessible at sixs6.im and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and browser-based applications operated under the sixs6 brand.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account with sixs6 or who accesses the platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the sixs6 platform, including all associated balance, bonus credits, transaction history, and personal settings.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player from a personal payment source, which have not been designated as bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account by sixs6 under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Credits or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank, as available at the time of a transaction.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time zone for all sixs6 operations, promotional deadlines, and transaction timestamps.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and age verification processes applied to Player accounts.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the sixs6 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform. sixs6 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems are not permitted to register or operate accounts on sixs6.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of sixs6 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of sixs6 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the sixs6 platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one account on the sixs6 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of this information and update your account profile promptly whenever any detail changes.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify sixs6 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that your registered mobile number remains active and accessible, as sixs6 uses SMS OTP verification for account security and certain transaction confirmations.

sixs6 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by sixs6 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

sixs6 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by sixs6.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by sixs6, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank) may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on the processing schedule of the relevant bank.
• sixs6 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• All funds deposited to sixs6 must originate from a payment source legally owned and controlled by the registered Player. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of request submission during normal operating hours.
• sixs6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in the same name as the sixs6 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any Real Money Balance that has not been subject to at least one wagering turnover on games or sports markets may be subject to a standard processing review before withdrawal approval.

Bonuses & Promotions

sixs6 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus Credits are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all sixs6 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account.
• Wagering contributions by game type are as follows: slots contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% on pre-match markets and 50% on in-play markets; all other games contribute as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• sixs6 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if the Platform determines that the Player has abused the bonus system, including by creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or otherwise exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses at any time by contacting sixs6 support. Once opted out, the Player must explicitly request re-enrolment in the bonus programme.
• sixs6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of a promotion's discontinuation remain valid subject to their individual wagering requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on sixs6 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, fishing arcade titles, and table games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) tested and audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are accessible within the game's information panel.

• Game results are final once a game round has been completed and the outcome has been recorded in the sixs6 system. sixs6 does not reverse or void completed game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, sixs6 will use its best efforts to resolve the round fairly based on the game state at the time of the fault. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sporting body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) or, where official results are unavailable, by the independent data providers used by sixs6. In the event of a discrepancy between data sources, sixs6's decision is final.
• sixs6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other integrity violation, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Maximum winnings per single game round or betting event are subject to platform limits, which are published in the game or market information panels. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the published maximum.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sixs6 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on sixs6, whether in your own name or using any other identity, for any purpose including but not limited to circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undisclosed game vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games where Player interaction affects results.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the sixs6 platform. sixs6 applies anti-money laundering (AML) screening to all accounts and cooperates fully with competent authorities investigating financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit made to sixs6 through a payment provider without first contacting sixs6 support to resolve the underlying dispute.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your sixs6 account to any third party for any reason.

Responsible Gaming

sixs6 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The Platform offers a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity and maintain control at all times.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and reductions cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, the account is inaccessible and no deposits may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming harmful may request permanent self-exclusion, which closes the account indefinitely. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and the Player will be removed from all marketing communications immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure

sixs6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary policy published by sixs6.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage of their use of the platform.
• The Player has engaged in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• sixs6 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a timeframe reasonably requested by sixs6.
• The Player's account has been flagged by sixs6's responsible gaming monitoring systems as exhibiting patterns consistent with problem gambling, and the Player has declined offered intervention tools.

In cases of account suspension for breach of these terms, sixs6 reserves the right to withhold any balance — including Real Money Balance — pending investigation. Where no breach is established, Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's last used payment method within 10 business days. Bonus Credits are not returned in any suspension or closure scenario.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days, and any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sixs6 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphical elements, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sixs6 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sixs6 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sixs6 platform without prior written consent from sixs6.
• Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is made available to Players under those studios' own content licences.
• Any unauthorised use of sixs6 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sixs6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the sixs6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or software errors that result in disrupted game sessions, provided that sixs6 takes commercially reasonable steps to restore service and resolve affected rounds fairly.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any decision made by sixs6 in good faith to suspend or close an account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits sixs6's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

sixs6 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available in full at /privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to sixs6 collecting and using your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. sixs6 does not sell Player personal data to third parties and applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption to protect all data in transit and at rest.

Amendments to These Terms

sixs6 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sixs6 will notify registered Players via email or a prominently displayed notice on the platform at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect.

Continued use of the sixs6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sixs6 operates. In the event of any dispute between a Player and sixs6 arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Player's use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the sixs6 support channel.

Players are encouraged to contact sixs6 support as the first step in resolving any dispute. sixs6 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to making every reasonable effort to reach a fair resolution. sixs6's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management is final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer rights protections available under applicable law.
